Six months ago, I was injured after being thrown twice from my horse. Each time, I fell on my right shoulder. An MRI showed a 70% tear of my rotor cuff. After four months of doctor's visits, I was all set to have major surgery on the shoulder. Because I gained some movement back in the joint, the surgeon said "Let's just wait to see if surgery is needed." After six months, I decided to not have surgery and resolved myself to just live with the pain and the very limited movement in that arm. I felt this was fair enough tradeoff for not going "under the knife."
I heard about Fritz's massage technique and decided to get a massage. After the first one-hour session, COMPLETE RANGE OF MOTION WAS RESTORED in my arm. After the second session, I NO LONGER HAD ANY PAIN radiating from the shoulder joint. In addition, since I ride horses - YES, I did keep the horse - my hip joints are more free and flexible. My hip joints were locked tight which made my lower body stiff when I rode, and made my lowered back hurt afterwards because my hips were not relaxed and supple.
I am very happy that I found this type of therapy because it worked for me to alleviate pain and provide a surgery free solution to my joint injury. Also, the ongoing benefit to the Muscle Release technique is having free range of motion in all of the joints of my body.
- Connie Case Covington, WA I was suffering pain in both wrists for several years. I was referred by my employer to State Industrial whose doctor, after examining me, suggested that I take what was a painful procedure to confirm a diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome and to have surgery on both wrists. However, I would not be permitted by the State to resume my old occupation which presumably caused the health issue, and most likely the State would not be able to find a comparably paying job position to replace my current job. I said, "No, thanks," not wanting my life to remain in the hands of the State, and had my case closed.
I was wearing guards on both wrists to restrict movement when I met Fritz. In just one massage therapy session, he was able to eliminate the pain in my wrists. I suffered for years unnecessarily. With some minor exercise follow ups on my own (which I neglect to do when there is no pain), I am remaining pain free. My treatment was over a year ago.

I came to Fritz with severe shoulder pain that wasn't getting any better with rest or three visits to the chiropractor. Little did I dream that my hurt shoulder would be the reason that ultimately bring relief to a painful hip that I thought was arthritis. In the treatment of the shoulder, Fritz checked other muscles that might be tight and found that a short one in my back attached to the hip was very tight. In one session, years of very painful hip were gone and I still can't believe that by keeping it stretched out will alleviate future pain. If backs could "breathe", that's what it felt like. I am so grateful for this relief and especially for looking at a future of a pain free hip.

I'm finally sending a message as it is almost a year since you gave me the treatment for my foot plantar fasciitis. One thing for sure, I think of you every morning doing my stretch exercises. If I tend to get lazy and don't do those stretches, I can feel it in the foot. I have never had that contraption that the doctor give me on my foot since your treatment.
You were so right that day when you asked me if I wanted to get rid of that foot boot thing as prescribed by the doctor. I had asked the doctor and he said I would probably be wearing that thing the rest of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!. Your treatment and education on value of stretching exercises have made my day and I cant thank you enough.
